Due to the perishable nature of the goods, Fresh Meat Packs does not accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoils in transit, or you have an issue with the quality, we offer full replacements or refunds.

Non-Returnable: Because the products are fresh and perishable, you cannot send meat items back once they have been dispatched or delivered.

Transit Delays: If your delivery is delayed by more than two days, causing the contents to fall outside safe temperatures, please contact our customer service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue quickly, ideally with photos.
